This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of The Trusted Commercial website and its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).

1- Information about us

TheTrustedCommercial.com  connect buyers and suppliers around the world both online and offline, to make, selling and buying activities

2- REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY

You’ll need to create an account with Thetrustedcommercial.com to use some of our Services. Here are a few rules about accounts :

  • You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. Minors under 18 and at least 13 years of age are only permitted to use our Services through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and under their direct supervision. Children under 13 years are not permitted to use Thetrustedcommercial.com .
  • Be honest with us. Provide accurate information about yourself. It’s prohibited to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account.
  • Comply with any licensing, registration, or other requirements with respect to your business, or the business for which you are acting
  • Doing business under your own name as a self-employed individual/sole proprietor or are an employee or agent of an independent business (such as a corporation, limited liability company, or other entity)
  • Protect your password. You’re solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password secure.

3- Membership Fees

The supplier may subscribe to different levels of participation and privileges on the Site to access additional features and Site Services, by payment of subscription membership fees and by purchasing “Connects” as described and the buyer has the option to subscribe to receive 3% discount for any item purchased on thetrustedcommercial.com

4- Intellectual Property

Intellectual property Including Use of The Trusted Commercial’s Name and Brand Trademarks
Suppliers must not infringe, misappropriate or misuse intellectual property of The Trusted Commercial. Suppliers must obtain the express written consent or the applicable owner before using or disclosing The Trusted Commercial’s or another party’s intellectual property to third parties.
Suppliers permitted in writing to use The Trusted Commercial’s name and/or Brand Trademarks must adhere to applicable brand guidelines for using name and/or Brand Trademarks to help deliver a unified, consistent and quality brand experience, protecting and upholding reputation. Read more IP Policy

 5- VAT AND OTHER Taxes

You are responsible for paying any taxes, including any goods and services or value added taxes, which may be applicable depending on the jurisdiction of the services provided.

Depending on your residency or location, you may be subject to certain ad valorem or other taxes , on certain fees that we charge. These taxes will be added to fees billed to you, if applicable.

You acknowledge that you must comply with your obligations under income tax provisions in your jurisdiction.

6- PURCHASES OF SERVICES / PRODUCTS AND DIRECT CONTRACT

If a Buyer and a Supplier decide to enter into a Contract ( Selling, purchasing agreement, etc..) for Products/Services, the contract is a contractual relationship directly between the Buyer and the Supplier; Thetrustedcommercial.com is not responsible for and is not a party to any Product/ Service Contract and under no circumstances will any such contract create an employment or any service relationship between Thetrustedcommercial and any User.

With respect to any Product/ Service Contract, Buyer and Supplier may enter into any agreements that they deem appropriate (e.g., confidentiality agreements, invention assignment agreements, assignment of rights, etc.), provided that those agreements do not conflict with, narrow, or expand Thetrustedcommercial’s rights and obligations under the Terms of Service, including this Agreement and the applicable Escrow Instructions.

The parties to a Product / Service Contract can, if the parties prefer, agree to the Optional Service Contract Terms in whole or in part, in addition to or instead of other such agreements. The parties to a Service Contract expressly agree that the Optional Service Contract Terms will and do apply to their contract to the extent that they have not agreed to other terms or agreements that conflict with the Optional Service Contract Terms. Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the Optional Service Contract Terms, and Thetrustedcommercial does not assume any responsibility for any consequence of using the Optional Service Contract Terms, which are provided as a sample only and may not be appropriate for all jurisdictions or all contracts.

 You understand that Theturstecommercial does not control and is not liable in respect of or responsible for the quality, safety, genuineness, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Web Site or the ability of the User(s) selling or supplying the goods or services to complete a sale or the ability of User(s) purchasing goods or services to complete a purchase. Users are hereby made aware that there may be risks of dealing with people acting under false pretenses. Thetrustedcommercial.com uses several techniques to verify the accuracy of certain information our paying Users provide us when they register for a paying membership service on the Sites.  However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, we cannot and does not confirm each User’s purported identity (including, without limitation, paying Members). We encourage you to use various means, as well as common sense, to evaluate with whom you are dealing. 

7- Disputes with Other Users

If you find yourself in a dispute with another user of Thetrustedcommercial or a third party, we encourage you to contact the other party and try to resolve the dispute amicably.

8- TERMINATION

  • Thetrustedcommercial reserves the right to terminate access to certain areas or features of the Web Site (to paying or registered User(s)) at any time without assigning any reason and with or without notice to such User(s). also reserves the universal right to deny access to particular User(s) to any or all of its services or content without any prior notice or explanation in order to protect the interests of Thetrustedcommercial and/ or other User(s) of the Web Site.

  • Thetrustedcommercial further reserves the right to limit, deny or create different access to the Web Site and its features with respect to different User(s), or to change any or all of the features of the Web Site or introduce new features without any prior notice to User(s).

  • Thetrustedcommercial reserves the right to terminate the membership/subscription of any User(s) temporarily or permanently for any of the following reasons: – any false information in connection with their account registered with Thetrustedcommercial is provided by such User(s), or if such User(s) are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities/transactions. – If such User(s) utilizes the Web Site to send spam messages or repeatedly publish the same product information. – If such User(s) posts any material that is not related to trade or business cooperation. – If such User(s) impersonates or unlawfully uses another person’s or business entity’s name to post information or conduct business in any manner. – If such User(s) is involved in unauthorized access, use, modification, or control of the Web Site database, network or related services. – If such User(s) obtains by any means another registered User(s) Username and/or Password. – Or any other User(s) activity that may not be in accordance with the ethics and honest business practices.

9- Prohibited items

Below, there is listed certain categories of restricted or prohibited items. However, this listing is not complete; you, as being the seller, are solely responsible for ensuring that you are probably not posting a product that may be prohibited by law in almost any jurisdiction.

  • Pornographic or materials that are sexual in nature
  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • Embargoed goods prohibited in your country of origin
  • Firearms, weapons, and knives
  • Hazardous, restricted, or regulated materials
  • Items encouraging illegal activity
  • Lock-picking devices
  • Offensive material
  • Military and Police-related items
  • Prescription drugs
  • Prohibited services
  • Stolen property
  • Counterfeit currency and stamps
  • Counterfeit products
  • Gambling/ Lottery

10- Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If any provisions here of are held to be illegal or unenforceable such provisions shall be severed and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless the business purpose of this Agreement is substantially frustrated thereby.
